Return Policy

Our goal is for you to love everything you receive from Wildlife Jewels! If your items were not as you had hoped, please read our return policy and procedure below.

RETURN POLICY

◦ Custom made items and items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned and are non-refundable.

◦ For all other items Returns must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

◦ Merchandise being returned must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Merchandise must not be used, worn, altered, or washed.

◦ Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

◦ Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Wildlife Jewels reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

◦ We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Note: Each product is a work of art, hand made and one of a kind. No two products are exactly the same and the colors and cuts will have variations. Some products are offered in different fabric types, colors on each fabric type are slightly different. We are not responsible for variations in colors or cuts of any of our products.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If your merchandise meets the above policy requirements, please email us at shop@wildlifejewels.org. Let us know your order number and the item(s) you would like to return, along with the reason why. Upon review and approval, we will then email you instructions to process your return.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) to ensure they are in new, resaleable condition, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, minus the original shipping fees. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Refunds are typically issued within two weeks from the time you ship the return. This period accounts for the transit time for us to receive your return, our processing time, and the time required by your bank to complete the refund (usually 3–5 business days). In many cases, refunds may be processed sooner.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. No International returns will be accepted.
